Is the initial consultation free?
Andrew offers a free 15-minute telephone consultation for new enquiries. For a full in-person consultation to discuss your matter in detail, a consultation fee may apply — this will be confirmed when you book. There is no cost to the initial call.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Andrew aims to see clients within the same week for straightforward estate planning matters, and urgently for time-sensitive matters such as contested estate disputes. Book online or call 0400 469 704.
Can I consult by telephone or video?
Yes. Andrew conducts telephone and video consultations for clients who cannot attend in person, or who are located outside Melbourne. Contact us to arrange.
What should I bring to my appointment?
For an estate planning consultation, bring any existing Will or Powers of Attorney, a list of your assets and their approximate values, the names and contact details of people you wish to appoint as executor or attorney, and your photo ID.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All information you share with Andrew is subject to strict legal professional privilege and confidentiality obligations. Nothing is shared without your consent.
